Arkadiusz Piatek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmond Verdun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Mano Hume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emílio Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Rameriz came free, but Mano Hume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Errecaborda AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emílio Terra in the 25th minute. Mauro Rameriz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Arkadiusz Piatek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edmond Verdun came out and tried to block the shot, but Arkadiusz Piatek slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. Mano Hume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rdth minute of the game Pastor Ado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Utopía Muerta FC's Mano Hume was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Utopía Muerta FC's Mano Hume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joe Tate in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Arkadiusz Piatek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arkadiusz Piatek scored 3-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmond Verdun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arkadiusz Piatek, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Valko De Hond got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

52 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Jerardo came free, but Mano Hume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Piatek in the 53rd minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Utopía Muerta FC's Alp Kaya managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mauro Rameriz in the 59 minute of the game. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Bermudo in the 60th minute of play. Mano Hume didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emílio Terra went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Pastor Ado struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Mano Hume didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Errecaborda AFC. Mano Hume made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Pastor Ado sent off a good shot on target. Mano Hume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Rameriz in the 72nd minute of the match. Mano Hume made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Ado in the 74th minute. The audience was convinced that Joe Tate's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mano Hume was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Ado got free with Mano Hume in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 minutes of play, Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmond Verdun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Many of Errecaborda AFC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Errecaborda AFC may have spent more time on the ball, but Utopía Muerta FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
