The audience thought a goal was coming when Witomir Pisarczyk got free with Wawrzyniec Charamut in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. De Boedo Vengo's Wawrzyniec Charamut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save De Boedo Vengo from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the game, Santa Margarita's Witomir Pisarczyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wawrzyniec Charamut made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The De Boedo Vengo fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when De Boedo Vengo's Placido Jenaro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cipriano Aresti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pontus Nordström. Santa Margarita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. De Boedo Vengo's Wawrzyniec Charamut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save De Boedo Vengo from getting a goal against them. Cipriano Aresti hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute Paul Gheară shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pontus Nordström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Gheară in the 35th minute of the match. Abelardo Felipo's late challenge caught a Santa Margarita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Felipo helped the player get up and apologised. Eduardo De Francesco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Wawrzyniec Charamut made a huge save. 44 minutes into the game, Desiderio Ascencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De Boedo Vengo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santa Margarita the free kick. Desiderio Ascencio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Gerardo Lordi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Wawrzyniec Charamut made a huge save.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerardo Lordi to strike the kick off in the second half. Gerardo Lordi scored 3-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wawrzyniec Charamut, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wawrzyniec Charamut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andréas Hasselqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Norbert Chwalkiewicz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pontus Nordström firmly grabbed it by the left post. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Santa Margarita reached it. After 80 minutes, Eduardo De Francesco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santa Margarita and the De Boedo Vengo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 80 played minutes Santa Margarita got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo De Francesco. 83 minutes into the match, Mauro Icardi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wawrzyniec Charamut. De Boedo Vengo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Icardi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Gheară in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Gheară came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Santa Margarita getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Eduardo De Francesco hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the game, one of De Boedo Vengo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. De Boedo Vengo:s Wawrzyniec Charamut showed great skill when he stopped Eduardo De Francesco:s penalty. Eduardo De Francesco did an outstanding performance 94 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 5-1 to the right of an irritated Wawrzyniec Charamut in the goal. Santa Margarita were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of De Boedo Vengo for a fine match.
