After 9 played minutes Nicolás Castillo rounded LA VIOLA's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 12th minute, Nicolás Castillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sérgio Urbano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Nicolás Castillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sérgio Urbano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolás Castillo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolás Castillo in the 17th minute of play forced LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Sérgio Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jataiense Futebol Clube's Nicolás Castillo in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LA VIOLA. 34 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Nicolás Castillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sérgio Urbano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicolás Castillo struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Sérgio Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jataiense Futebol Clube. Sérgio Urbano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gualter Gulak's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by LA VIOLA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luizão Pesquera was slow to take the kick. During this time Jataiense Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. Mikael Uggstedt hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Nicolás Castillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Nicolás Castillo got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gualter Gulak made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Nicolás Castillo sped through LA VIOLA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sérgio Urbano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolás Castillo in the 59th minute of play forced LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Sérgio Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the LA VIOLA defense, Nicolás Castillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sérgio Urbano. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. LA VIOLA's Sérgio Urbano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. LA VIOLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolás Castillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. After 84 minutes of play, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Nicolás Castillo made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sérgio Urbano was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Nicolás Castillo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Jataiense Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolás Castillo couldn't finish the play. LA VIOLA's Rutger Westerberg was substituted for John Torsberg. Nicolás Castillo hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. LA VIOLA's Sérgio Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolás Castillo in the 90th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nicolás Castillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio Urbano was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Jataiense Futebol Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
