After 46 played minutes Yalapa got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Herrera. In the 47th match minute, Yalapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Dolfo to maneuver through the defense. Yalapa made a substitution. Amedeo Biscotti replaced Eustaquio Ramond. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Nogueira in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino Barros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Palermo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Bautista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
