In the 15th minute Luís Caeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Álvaro Rezende almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil did a great save. In the 19thth minute of the game Joaquim de Barros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Traian Hăvârneanu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led VB-Team's Traian Hăvârneanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Ysmael Marfil despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Joaquim de Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ysmael Marfil was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. If Gervásio Severiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ysmael Marfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Hăvârneanu in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Filipoiu to maneuver through the defense. VB-Team's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
