A sloppy throw-in by Aureliano Lapurdi in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Venancio Havier. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Venancio Havier suffered a sore thigh after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 25 minutes, Rosendo Cruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. Bonifacio Suarez hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. ☬彡Lo多o Entrerriano彡☬'s Aureliano Lapurdi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bonifacio Suarez in the 47 minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elpidio Francis to strike the kick off in the second half. Branislav Velchevski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Da Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Lobo Bicherakhov came out of the goal and Arnaldo Gabon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Elpidio Francis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Leguizamón in the 94th minute of the match. When Ulrik Kellman fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☬彡Lo多o Entrerriano彡☬'s protests and gave Ulrik Kellman a yellow card for diving instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ☬彡Lo多o Entrerriano彡☬ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
