A collision led to Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ronaldinho Carneiro hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Consejo del Mate were awarded a corner. Aquiles Cordero went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Cayetano Sagrario heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s Nilton Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fagildo Pamanes in the 18th minute of play. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Stephen in the 23rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Bolo Bolaño kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nilton Lira. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. In the 27th minute Bolo Bolaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Lira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilton Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 28th minute of play. Consejo del Mate made a substitution. Peyo Fonelleda replaced Vicente Santana. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fagildo Pamanes in the 68th minute of play forced Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s goalkeeper Nilton Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
