The referee ignored The Valar's protests and gave Mădălin Rotariu a yellow card for diving instead. Florin Brădea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Dăscălescu in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Emil Bărnuțiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Emil Bărnuțiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 minutes, Virgil Meleșcanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Valar and the Scorpions -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Florin Brădea was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, Damian Dăscălescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florin Brădea. Scorpions -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damian Dăscălescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After having played for 43 minutes, Iosif Bordeianu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Valar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iosif Bordeianu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Scorpions -MM-'s Francisc Ghionescu threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dan Năstase, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cristian Fărcașu's late challenge caught a The Valar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristian Fărcașu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Fărcașu to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, The Valar's Florin Brădea threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damian Dăscălescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Horia Boerescu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Damian Dăscălescu sped through Scorpions -MM-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Florin Brădea. With his leg Florin Brădea managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when The Valar's Virgil Meleșcanu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Florin Brădea successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Florin Brădea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Meleșcanu in the 86th minute of play. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Fabian Orășan hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Florin Brădea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iosif Bordeianu. Florin Brădea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Virgil Meleșcanu in the 99th minute. The Scorpions -MM- fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. The Valar were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
