Fidan Tanasievski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thepchai Raksawong in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Wiitawach Sheampri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U21 Thailand's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U21 Macedonia the free kick. U21 Thailand's Khunakorn Chasuwan was substituted for Thepchai Raksawong.
