Emil Malik had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Leonello Messias's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 42 played minutes Rega Merida CF got a freekick which was hit by Yaroslav Svitlychnyi. 46 minutes into the match, Lucjan Palzewicz notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Rega Merida CF's Konstanty Wawro. Konstanty Wawro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
