Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Jedrzej Kiszkiel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dražen Ladić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Westelinx in the 4th minute of play. Rene Vereijt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Cordero went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute William Westelinx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Ladić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Marcelo Cordero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 28 played minutes FC Ouagadougou National got a freekick which was hit by Hamza Yavaş. William Westelinx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Westelinx in the 31st minute of play. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Westelinx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Hamza Yavaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Ladić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Karim Sia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Ouagadougou National getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Karim Sia hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes FC Ouagadougou National got a freekick which was hit by Karim Sia. In the 47th minute Bernardino Llorenc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Vereijt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT booed when FC Ouagadougou National was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karim Sia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rene Vereijt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Cordero in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, FC Ouagadougou National's Hamza Yavaş got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Cordero in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Vereijt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Cordero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rene Vereijt was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. William Westelinx took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dražen Ladić. Dražen Ladić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A collision led to Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jose Bero hit a great ball. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT made a substitution. Zheng Jing Feng replaced Marcelo Cordero. After a rather tough play, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Jose Bero got a free kick in the 69th minute. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulla Baia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Ouagadougou National's Karim Sia managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nicollao Narbona in the 81 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulla Baia in the 83rd minute of play forced Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Nicollao Narbona hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zheng Jing Feng got free with Rene Vereijt in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dražen Ladić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulla Baia, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdulla Baia in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dražen Ladić saved Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT from getting behind. Abdulla Baia spun around in front of the goal 92 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goal. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Zheng Jing Feng took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Rene Vereijt to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
