Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bin Shevchenko started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes, İlkan Lefter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blumenau Esporte Clube and the Friesenwerdermoor players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, İlkan Lefter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the game, Donato Mazza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blumenau Esporte Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Friesenwerdermoor the free kick. Donato Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Donato Mazza got a free kick in the 10th minute. Friesenwerdermoor's Prospero Goethe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bin Shevchenko in the 20th minute of play. Prospero Goethe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bin Shevchenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Friesenwerdermoor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nildo Dantas was slow to take the kick. During this time Blumenau Esporte Clube's players had a chance to rest. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Nildo Dantas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Prospero Goethe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 28 minutes into the match, Jamal Roye had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Fábio Leite. Blumenau Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jamal Roye was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Bin Shevchenko took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prospero Goethe. Prospero Goethe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Luiz Fábio Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamal Roye in the 41st minute of play. After 42 played minutes Friesenwerdermoor got a freekick which was hit by Artur Schade. 44 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Bin Shevchenko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Goethe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Prospero Goethe was a little too slow when Bin Shevchenko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jamal Roye to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bin Shevchenko in the 53rd minute of play forced Friesenwerdermoor's goalkeeper Prospero Goethe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jamal Roye's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Luiz Fábio Leite skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Blumenau Esporte Clube's zone, Tom Gerster stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fábio Leite came out of the goal and Tom Gerster tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Bin Shevchenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blumenau Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bin Shevchenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Blumenau Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bin Shevchenko hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Jamal Roye came free, but Luiz Fábio Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jamal Roye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Luiz Fábio Leite made a huge save. Luiz Fábio Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermann Luscher in the 70th minute of play. Prospero Goethe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bin Shevchenko's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Luiz Fábio Leite came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Friesenwerdermoor's Hermann Luscher. But to his dismay, Hermann Luscher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Friesenwerdermoor made a substitution. Pekin Energin replaced Lennard Rossmanith. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermann Luscher in the 84th minute of play forced Blumenau Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Bin Shevchenko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Goethe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Friesenwerdermoor's goal looked a bit too open when Bin Shevchenko came free, but Prospero Goethe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Blumenau Esporte Clube had won after a very even match.
