Alejo Kaxen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but German Ourente made a huge save. In the 6th minute, Horacio Nuno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Rafaela FC's German Ourente got control of the ball when Alejo Kaxen tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Alejo Kaxen got free in front of the goal in the 9th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. German Ourente was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Vergaray came free, but Froilan Llorian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 played minutes Rafaela FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Oliviero. 23 minutes into the game, Omar Abecia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. German Ourente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute of the match, Zeledon Incendio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but German Ourente saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. German Ourente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejo Kaxen in the 29th minute. A collision led to Rafaela FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Daniel Balesio hit a great ball. Rafaela FC's German Ourente proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Rafaela FC from getting a goal against them. German Ourente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Abecia, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goalkeeper German Ourente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejo Kaxen. The crowd rose to their feet as Omar Abecia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving German Ourente. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. Alejo Kaxen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, German Ourente skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 44 minutes into the game, Omar Abecia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Almeyra F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rafaela FC the free kick. In the 45th minute, Omar Abecia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omar Abecia was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 48th minute. Almeyra F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 48 minutes into the game, Omar Abecia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of German Ourente. Omar Abecia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0.
The wind increased when Omar Abecia made the kick off in the second half. Rafaela FC were furious when Fernando Abarca was red carded, 55 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rafaela FC! In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Almeyra F.C.. Nunez Tiso stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving German Ourente. 4-0. German Ourente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Urbano Bero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddy Vergaray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Omar Abecia made a precise shot to the right of German Ourente. Rafaela FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Rafaela FC's German Ourente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Bero in the 72nd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Omar Abecia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Almeyra F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. When Almeyra F.C.'s Alejo Kaxen in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rafaela FC's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Urbano Bero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of German Ourente. Rafaela FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urbano Bero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 87 minutes into the match, Omar Abecia notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Rafaela FC's German Ourente. German Ourente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. German Ourente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Abecia in the 90th minute of the match. After 93 minutes of play, Almeyra F.C.'s Cecilio Rioja made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. German Ourente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zeledon Incendio scored 10-0 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of German Ourente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Almeyra F.C. were the better team. Almeyra F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
