In the 22nd minute Apostolikas Giannaros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Medrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Fan PC Servicii's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandros Vikelidis came free, but Dinu Medrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manos Melogiannis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Iordan in the 27th minute of the match. Manos Melogiannis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Marioara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Sheriff booed when Fan PC Servicii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigore Chifu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Fan PC Servicii's protests and gave Filip Coșeriu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th match minute, Fan PC Servicii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Coșeriu to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandros Vikelidis got free with Dinu Medrea in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led Fan PC Servicii's Vadim Tudor to fire away a dangerous shot which Manos Melogiannis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Manos Melogiannis made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Valer Iordan sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Valer Iordan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fan PC Servicii's supporters rose to their feet, but Valer Iordan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Dorin Moise came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Fan PC Servicii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorin Moise couldn't finish the play. Dimitris Kabitsis kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Sheriff's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
