With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brian Lambert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 19 minutes, Egídio de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's supporters crossed their fingers, but Egídio de Almeida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brian Lambert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Loreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Loreto in the 30th minute of play forced Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Brian Lambert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Andrew Brookman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beto Martini MZ 20 years the free kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Billy Booth was the one to do the kick off. Guto de Lara charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guto de Lara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Egídio de Almeida fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Loreto got free with Brian Lambert in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brian Lambert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio de Almeida in the 65th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Clive Workman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio de Almeida in the 67th minute of play forced Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Brian Lambert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lisburn Distillery F.C. booed when Beto Martini MZ 20 years was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egídio de Almeida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brian Lambert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Freddy Lowe got a free kick in the 86th minute. Egídio de Almeida might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brian Lambert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Egídio de Almeida ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute, Orlando Loreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brian Lambert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Louis Sharpe got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 93 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Blair Crittenden. Orlando Loreto in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Brian Lambert, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Brian Lambert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio de Almeida in the 96th minute of play. Lisburn Distillery F.C. succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Beto Martini MZ 20 years had controlled the match.
