After some careless play in the ŠK Horelica defense, Luís Gustavo Botelho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vladimír Žemľa. The ŠK Horelica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vladimír Žemľa should have stopped the shot. Vladimír Žemľa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natã Quintal in the 10th minute of play. Nova Venécia-ES's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Gustavo Botelho in the 12th minute. The corner led to Nova Venécia-ES's Luís Gustavo Botelho getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Robinho de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Čerňan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Valladares in the 21st minute of play forced ŠK Horelica's goalkeeper Vladimír Žemľa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimír Žemľa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Gustavo Botelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes ŠK Horelica got a freekick which was hit by Richard Weber. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Quintal in the 23rd minute of play forced ŠK Horelica's goalkeeper Vladimír Žemľa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Gustavo Botelho struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Vladimír Žemľa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova Venécia-ES. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind ŠK Horelica's goalkeeper Vladimír Žemľa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vladimír Žemľa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natã Quintal in the 30th minute of the match. Jozef Ondruš hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Dino Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Vladimír Žemľa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of ŠK Horelica booed when Nova Venécia-ES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dino Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Čerňan in the 39th minute of play forced Nova Venécia-ES's goalkeeper Robinho de Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Čerňan was the one to do the kick off. Vladimír Žemľa came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Nova Venécia-ES's Luís Gustavo Botelho. But to his dismay, Luís Gustavo Botelho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Vladimír Žemľa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natã Quintal in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Nova Venécia-ES getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Dário de Salles hit a great ball. Vladimír Žemľa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natã Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dino Tavares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Vladimír Žemľa made a huge save. ŠK Horelica's Vladimír Žemľa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save ŠK Horelica from getting a goal against them. After 71 minutes, Natã Quintal made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. ŠK Horelica's Vladimír Žemľa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute, Dário de Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natã Quintal scored 0-6 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimír Žemľa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Quintal in the 84th minute of play forced ŠK Horelica's goalkeeper Vladimír Žemľa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ŠK Horelica's Vladimír Žemľa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natã Quintal in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ŠK Horelica's zone, Abelardo Valladares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimír Žemľa came out of the goal and Abelardo Valladares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Socha hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Vladimír Žemľa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Vladimír Žemľa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Gustavo Botelho in the 90th minute. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Abelardo Valladares took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Vladimír Žemľa to make any attempt to save it.
