After having played for 6 minutes, Rubén-Darío Feldmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magic is Back's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rubén-Darío Feldmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 9 played minutes El Renacer del Quijano FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Beltza. Teo Beltza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Teobaldo Javiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 17 minutes into the match, Magic is Back's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Javiar came free, but Emanuel Laurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldo Potente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Paulo Francho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Johans didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Medina in the 23rd minute of play forced El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper Paulo Francho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Magic is Back's Jeremias Bide got a free kick in the 40th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rubén-Darío Feldmann made a kick off. Emanuel Laurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Javiar in the 60th minute of play. When Teo Beltza fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Renacer del Quijano FC's protests and gave Teo Beltza a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to El Renacer del Quijano FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Teo Beltza hit a great ball. Paulo Francho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubén-Darío Feldmann in the 68th minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Teobaldo Javiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Renacer del Quijano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Javiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
