Cappadocia FC's Aydemir Okyar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnaldo Sampaio in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Artur Sarmento got a free kick in the 7th minute. Cappadocia FC's Reşat Hacısalihoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rasim Elçioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiano Veiga having to interfere. Sarper Cesman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 15 minutes into the game, Sarper Cesman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cappadocia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ the free kick. After 15 played minutes Cappadocia FC got a freekick which was hit by Sarper Cesman. After 16 played minutes, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's André Luís Mesquita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aydemir Okyar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ reached it. Aydemir Okyar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Sampaio in the 28th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Cappadocia FC got a freekick which was hit by Rasim Elçioğlu. 33 minutes into the game, Agnaldo Sampaio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aydemir Okyar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Vitório Meirelles got a free kick in the 35th minute. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Sadri Yetişen took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Christiano Veiga to make any attempt to save it. André Luís Mesquita charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Luís Mesquita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. André Luís Mesquita kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Aydemir Okyar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Hermes in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sadri Yetişen was the one to do the kick off. Rasim Elçioğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christiano Veiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Kauã Hermes took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aydemir Okyar. Aydemir Okyar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Sadri Yetişen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Júnior Tinoco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Christiano Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sadri Yetişen in the 84th minute of play. Aydemir Okyar made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Kauã Hermes sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ booed when Cappadocia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dursun Ali Üçok didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Vitório Meirelles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vitório Meirelles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
