Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Héctor Mainer took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor Mainer in the 3rd minute of play forced Cavaliers FC's goalkeeper Jaime Villegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute of the match ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ got a corner. Cavaliers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Santiago Sosa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eugenio Chayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor Mainer in the 16th minute of play forced Cavaliers FC's goalkeeper Jaime Villegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Bruno Guillelme quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Julio Quintun, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Cavaliers FC's Marcelino Eliazar got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavaliers FC's goalkeeper Jaime Villegas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santiago Sosa made a great header on ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's corner, it was just that Cavaliers FC's Jaime Villegas managed to reach the ball for a save. Héctor Mainer might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Villegas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Héctor Mainer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute Héctor Mainer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Villegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Villegas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Héctor Mainer's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Héctor Mainer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaime Villegas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Cavaliers FC got a freekick which was hit by Denis Maule.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelino Eliazar to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Héctor Mainer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaime Villegas. Cavaliers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Héctor Mainer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jaime Villegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor Mainer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Villegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Héctor Mainer in the 56th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Marcelino Eliazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas De Custer in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaime Villegas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eurico Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Gartxot in the 68th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Nicolas De Custer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jaime Villegas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Fabricio Gartxot took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eurico Velloso. Eurico Velloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Eurico Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Gartxot in the 83rd minute of play. After 87 played minutes Cavaliers FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Quintun. When ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Nicolas De Custer in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Cavaliers FC's Freddy Villegas got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Romulo Chesus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cavaliers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ the free kick. After 95 played minutes Cavaliers FC got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Chesus. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
