Los Golosos's Moises Tuste got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Blåvitt's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Transito came free, but Herbert Ahlqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustaf Åström during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Los Golosos booed when Blåvitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Börje Sandwall to make the kick off. In the 83rd minute, Robin Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Faustino Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaf Åström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th match minute, Los Golosos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Herrera to maneuver through the defense. Herbert Ahlqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Phelipe, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
