Pablo Lohitzun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Jeff Damen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Asesinos Por Naturaleza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tage Backlund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Pablo Lohitzun made a huge save. Tiberiu Jienescu's late challenge caught a Asesinos Por Naturaleza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Pablo Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Moraes in the 38th minute of play. After some careless play in the Asesinos Por Naturaleza defense, César Moraes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Lohitzun. The Asesinos Por Naturaleza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Lohitzun should have stopped the shot. Tage Backlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pablo Lohitzun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Asesinos Por Naturaleza getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Esteve Nerio hit a great ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Jeff Damen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Rony Zanette skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jeff Damen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Rony Zanette when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jeff Damen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rony Zanette firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pablo Lohitzun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Jienescu in the 90th minute of the match. Rony Zanette was a little too slow when Beto Márcico got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 3-3.
