When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Melquiades Librado took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jeremias Larpe to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Guanacos's Orlando Gonza got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 27th minute, Guanacos's Melquiades Librado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Guzman in the 30th minute of play forced Los Trip's goalkeeper Jeremias Larpe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Damian Guzman made a precise shot to the right of Jeremias Larpe. Los Trip's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Orlando Gonza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jeremias Larpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Guanacos's Orlando Gonza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Larpe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Orlando Gonza came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jeremias Larpe could save by the left post.

Los Trip's Jeremias Larpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Gonza in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Guanacos's Melquiades Librado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Larpe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 57 minutes into the game, Guanacos's Melquiades Librado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Larpe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 66th minute, Silvano Breogan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Victorino Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes into the game, Guanacos's Melquiades Librado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. A very good chance. A collision led to Los Trip getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Isaias Matxin hit a great ball. Melquiades Librado scored 7-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Larpe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Los Trip booed when Guanacos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Federigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Los Trip defense, Honorato Federigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Larpe. The Los Trip fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Larpe should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Guanacos had played much better football throughout.
