A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Camilo Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from August Pfahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Agustin Elorri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirco Redepenning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mirco Redepenning stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustin Elorri's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Mirco Redepenning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Gregory, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Blas Nastasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kay Wering fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Isauro having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Give Peace a Chance's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Elorri came free, but Mirco Redepenning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horacio Nevada kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. SABALEPLUS's Camilo Isauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kay Wering in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when August Pfahl got free with Camilo Isauro in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for August Pfahl to strike the kick off in the second half. Marco Ceandro hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When Joschi Breneizeris came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Give Peace a Chance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joschi Breneizeris couldn't finish the play. After having played for 73 minutes, Agustin Elorri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SABALEPLUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustin Elorri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Give Peace a Chance's Konstantin Hirte was substituted for Frido Stumpf. 77 minutes into the game, Benicio Lluis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SABALEPLUS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Give Peace a Chance the free kick. Benicio Lluis hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
