After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Elpidio Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores de Belén's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Belén's zone, Amadeo Medero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justino Elivareo came out of the goal and Amadeo Medero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Defensores de Belén's Justino Elivareo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Defensores de Belén from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute, Amadeo Medero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Justino Elivareo. The goal made the score 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Arnoldo Caetano managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLATHU's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Caetano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
