Pedro Luiz Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Jurgi in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmacio Jurgi in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Luiz Matorin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Luiz Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Ourente in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, AS Pikachuzim's Jaime Teixeira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luis Swain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Luis Swain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Club Dep. Union Madereros from getting a goal against them. In the 34th match minute, Club Dep. Union Madereros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Maldonado to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes, AS Pikachuzim's Mauro Albuquerque shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luis Swain came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AS Pikachuzim reached it. Hermengildo Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Pedro Luiz Matorin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Mauro Albuquerque in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Dep. Union Madereros's Aquilino Maldonado. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ismael Ourente to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Matorin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Ourente. Ulisses Teixeira made in the 52nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Vito Batista however managed to control. 53 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Pinheiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luis Swain. Club Dep. Union Madereros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Pinheiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Rodolfo Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Domingo Resto was substituted for Aquilino Maldonado. Rodolfo Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Swain having to interfere. Pedro Luiz Matorin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Ourente in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Ismael Ourente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luiz Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Union Madereros's Dalmacio Jurgi got a free kick in the 77th minute. Rodolfo Pinheiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Swain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Pinheiro in the 92nd minute of the match. Osvaldo Irrintzi kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the game Lorenzo Bakar made a throw-in which Domingo Resto played forward. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Dep. Union Madereros players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AS Pikachuzim.
