The supporters of Tigres Ñacuñán FC booed when S.E. Pindorama Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Augusto Sousa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Gudesteo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Júlio Schmidt made a huge save. Júlio Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Ireno in the 7th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Tigres Ñacuñán FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Foro to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Ticho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélio Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Constantino Ledesma hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Basilio Ticho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro de Salles in the 36th minute of play. Atilano Foro hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the game, one of S.E. Pindorama Eagles:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Basilio Ticho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélio Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Vinicio Junior got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Freddy Ireno was the one to do the kick off. Basilio Ticho made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Vinicio Junior sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Hélio Vianna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basilio Ticho. That made the score 1-1 in the 58 minute of play. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Mauro de Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute Hélio Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Telmo de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Ticho having to interfere. Constantino Ledesma might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Júlio Schmidt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Constantino Ledesma ran back to his position shaking his head. If Telmo de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júlio Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Ireno in the 80th minute of play. Zé Bala was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Atilano Foro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tigres Ñacuñán FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Erubiel Gudesteo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atilano Foro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
