The supporters of Club Atletico Los Andes booed when MEXACOMX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octávio Camacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Calheiros in the 6th minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Enrique Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Vieira in the 10th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Celestino Txanton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Los Andes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MEXACOMX the free kick. Celestino Txanton kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Aristides Calheiros charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aristides Calheiros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in MEXACOMX fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! With a little luck, MEXACOMX's Delfim Gusmão got control of the ball when Ariel Lucian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aristides Calheiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, MEXACOMX's Jarbas Moura got a free kick in the 35th minute. Ermegildo Donzel struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Delfim Gusmão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Los Andes. The Club Atletico Los Andes fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Club Atletico Los Andes's Ariel Lucian looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Delfim Gusmão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariel Lucian in the 46th minute. Delfim Gusmão made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Ariel Lucian sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of MEXACOMX booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 minutes, Ermegildo Donzel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico Los Andes and the MEXACOMX players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Club Atletico Los Andes got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Donzel. Diogo Ponte kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Sengrat to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of MEXACOMX booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Egun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st match minute, MEXACOMX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Ponte to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Club Atletico Los Andes's Alvaro Rameriz tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 79 minutes, Marcelo Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MEXACOMX's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Guerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aristides Calheiros might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Garaona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aristides Calheiros ran back to his position shaking his head. After 83 minutes of play, Club Atletico Los Andes's Ermegildo Donzel made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delfim Gusmão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enrique Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Los Andes's Artemio Sengrat got a free kick in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Quilino came free, but Delfim Gusmão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Ariel Lucian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Delfim Gusmão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aristides Calheiros got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 97th minute, Aristides Calheiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ermegildo Donzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
