The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florian Orthaus was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Melvin Snyder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kentucky Mustangs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lanzenkirchen the free kick. After 55 played minutes Kentucky Mustangs got a freekick which was hit by Melvin Snyder. If Daniel Dollinger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aki Tillemann during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Dollinger got free with Tyrone McCracken in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Dollinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the game, Dane Ball was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Christopher Joeckel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 86th minute, Wyatt Giles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Dollingers short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Tyrone McCracken to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 91 minutes of play Kentucky Mustangs's Melvin Snyder was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lanzenkirchen's Daniel Dollinger came free and shot a quick shot against goal 95 minutes in the game, fortunately Tyrone McCracken had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Kentucky Mustangs's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
