The supporters of Kolopetinitsa booed when Picanya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xuan Zabalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Picanya FC's goalkeeper Petri Bravo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sokratis Kagiasis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionysis Salaggoudis in the 9th minute of play forced Picanya FC's goalkeeper Petri Bravo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Dionysis Salaggoudis made a precise shot to the right of Petri Bravo. Picanya FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Lazaros Manolopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zabal Incera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alkis Athanasiou charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alkis Athanasiou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joel Alcantara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lazaros Manolopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zabal Incera in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Picanya FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fran Serra hit a great ball. Xuan Zabalo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Mitxel Pedraza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Zabal Incera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Lazaros Manolopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vassilis Bogdanos's late challenge caught a Picanya FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Dionysis Salaggoudis. Quico Radaban kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Spyros Kenteris sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Picanya FC's Petri Bravo didn't even have to move. After some careless play in the Picanya FC defense, Alkis Athanasiou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petri Bravo. The Picanya FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petri Bravo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Picanya FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Zabal Incera hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the game, Isaac Pascua recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lazaros Manolopoulos. Isaac Pascua showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. When the final whistle sounded Picanya FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kolopetinitsa.
