The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of KIA KAHA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vakoufi Utd:s goal. Vakoufi Utd's Thanasis Vrotsos got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 17 played minutes KIA KAHA got a freekick which was hit by Max Göransson. Charilaos Mazonakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Vakoufi Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Blomqvist came free, but Charilaos Mazonakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustratios Valsaris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Charilaos Mazonakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Kjellberg in the 26th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes, Vakoufi Utd's Nikos Panteloulis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pär Nyman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vakoufi Utd reached it. 32 minutes into the match, Marc Kjellberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charilaos Mazonakis. Vakoufi Utd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marc Kjellberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 35th minute, Rikard Pettersson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIA KAHA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 40th minute Marc Kjellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charilaos Mazonakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes of play, KIA KAHA's Rikard Pettersson made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charilaos Mazonakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ralf Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charilaos Mazonakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Göransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thanasis Vrotsos was the one to do the kick off. Charilaos Mazonakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Kjellberg in the 52nd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, KIA KAHA's goal looked a bit too open when Eustratios Valsaris came free, but Pär Nyman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Marc Kjellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charilaos Mazonakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Ralf Blomqvist notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Vakoufi Utd's Charilaos Mazonakis. Charilaos Mazonakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. KIA KAHA's Johnny Henriksson was substituted for Håkan Kellberg. KIA KAHA made a substitution. Bo Dalgren replaced Marc Kjellberg. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 88th minute, Rikard Pettersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bo Dalgren kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Dalgren in the 95th minute of play forced Vakoufi Utd's goalkeeper Charilaos Mazonakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Vakoufi Utd fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KIA KAHA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
