When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Luca Udurbac took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Leopoldo Aritza to make any attempt to save it. Barrialito AFC's Leopoldo Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Pădureanu in the 9th minute of play. When Teodor Mihalcea fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Maci -MM-'s protests and gave Teodor Mihalcea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, FC Maci -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Mihalcea to maneuver through the defense. Leopoldo Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolae Pădureanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Arnaldo Vela was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Luca Udurbac might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Aritza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luca Udurbac ran back to his position shaking his head. Barrialito AFC's Leopoldo Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Pădureanu in the 33rd minute of play. If Irinel Pătru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64thth minute of the game Nicolae Pădureanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrialito AFC's Leopoldo Aritza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 68 minutes, Guillermo Maldonado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrialito AFC and the FC Maci -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card.
