The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Maximo Porfiro sped through ѕєηαтσякσвяα's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zülfü Artan. Maximo Porfiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zülfü Artan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 26th minute Ege Necid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Hondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Porfiro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 35th playminute. Zülfü Artan made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Maximo Porfiro sent off a good shot on target. After 39 minutes, Murat Selim Tanuğur mouthed his way into the referee's book. Alberto Hondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdurrezzak Nasih in the 44th minute of the match. Pedro Monzón hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximo Porfiro made a kick off. Zülfü Artan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Porfiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 55 minutes, Maximo Porfiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Porfiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zülfü Artan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Porfiro in the 60th minute of play. Alberto Hondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murat Selim Tanuğur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ѕєηαтσякσвяα's zone, Maximo Porfiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zülfü Artan came out of the goal and Maximo Porfiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69 minutes of play ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Murat Selim Tanuğur was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 70th match minute, ѕєηαтσякσвяα was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murat Selim Tanuğur to maneuver through the defense. ѕєηαтσякσвяα's Zülfü Artan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Porfiro in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ booed when ѕєηαтσякσвяα was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tevfik Akbaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 97th play minutes Maximo Porfiro shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Zülfü Artan and just under the crossbar into goal. Many of ѕєηαтσякσвяα's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. ѕєηαтσякσвяα may have spent more time on the ball, but Ⱨ₳₵ɆĐØⱤ ĐɆ ØⱤØ₴ were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
