Otto Didlick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Lacunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Juan Luis Alfaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Didlick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Ellis Sawbridge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inter de Chillán made a substitution. Gustavo Solezzi replaced Juan Luis Alfaro. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
