Fredrik Bennet made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Mário Queiroz sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes into the match, Henry Åkerström notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Tiaguinho Zonta. Tiaguinho Zonta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร! Jaime Barbosa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fredrik Bennet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Roger Kalfhage kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Samurai's Fredrik Bennet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Samurai from getting a goal against them. Mário Queiroz struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Fredrik Bennet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร. Vânderson Teles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Fredrik Bennet made a huge save. 42 minutes into the match, Samurai's goalkeeper Fredrik Bennet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Barbosa. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henry Åkerström to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Jaime Barbosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fredrik Bennet was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. When Mário Queiroz came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mário Queiroz couldn't finish the play. Fredrik Bennet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mário Queiroz went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Samurai getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Roger Kalfhage hit a great ball. Jaime Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Bennet having to interfere. Tiaguinho Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Dahlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Samurai booed when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Tiaguinho Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Åkerström in the 96th minute of play.
