When Hélio Martins fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's protests and gave Hélio Martins a yellow card for diving instead. Hélio Martins hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diegotxe Colunga in the 6th minute of play forced Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's goalkeeper Ernesto Capixaba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Jaime Barbosa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zumar Esterina. Jaime Barbosa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Mário Queiroz's late challenge caught a Montevideo City Torque's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mário Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. Mário Queiroz hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, Jaime Barbosa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zumar Esterina. Montevideo City Torque's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Barbosa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 21 minutes into the game, Dênis Loyola recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zumar Esterina. Dênis Loyola showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Zumar Esterina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Barbosa in the 27th minute of play. Zumar Esterina came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Jaime Barbosa. But to his dismay, Jaime Barbosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Mário Queiroz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Zumar Esterina made a huge save. Jaime Barbosa scored 5-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zumar Esterina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the game, Mário Queiroz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Zumar Esterina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Montevideo City Torque getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Galsino Almarza hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Barbosa to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Gabino Suarbol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Capixaba was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Zumar Esterina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Barbosa in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zumar Esterina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jaime Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zumar Esterina came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Jaime Barbosa. But to his dismay, Jaime Barbosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Zumar Esterina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Barbosa in the 71st minute of the match. Mário Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zumar Esterina having to interfere. Montevideo City Torque's Zumar Esterina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Queiroz in the 80th minute of play. Ernesto Capixaba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Galsino Almarza, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
