Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Geraldo de Sena scored to the left of an out of position Florencio Berbiz, making the score, 1-0. Dadá da Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Jakue in the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Javiero in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dadá da Mata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Luís Fábio Bueno fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clube Atlético Luziense's protests and gave Luís Fábio Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Clube Atlético Luziense got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fábio Bueno. In the 15th minute, Clube Atlético Luziense's Geraldo de Sena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florencio Berbiz. Florencio Berbiz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Gerson Furlan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clube Atlético Luziense's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerson Furlan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florencio Berbiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 21 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Luziense's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Javiero came free, but Dadá da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Geraldo de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th match minute, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Javiero to maneuver through the defense. Erasmo Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Lino Javiero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dadá da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Javiero in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dadá da Mata saved Clube Atlético Luziense from getting behind. Raul Cambranes kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Javiero made a kick off. Gerson Furlan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Gerson Furlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dadá da Mata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eleuterio Jakue's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Urbano in the 63rd minute of play forced Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's goalkeeper Florencio Berbiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute of the match Délio Loyola sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florencio Berbiz skillfully saved the ball. Victorino Ascencio hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Ascencio. In the 76th minute Eleuterio Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dadá da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ciriaco Gaur hit a great ball. 83 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Anacleto Tabby fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Florencio Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Toscano in the 88th minute of the match. Dadá da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Jakue in the 90th minute of play. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
