The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bircan Turgay during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON got a freekick which was hit by Bircan Turgay. Birant Makul took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romeo Berdaitz. Romeo Berdaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Otávio Sarmento hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 38 minutes, Otávio Sarmento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sarmiento de Resistencia and the SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otávio Sarmento to maneuver through the defense. Birant Makul struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Romeo Berdaitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON. Metehan Perkin hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match.

After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Metehan Perkin managed to get in a good position for a shot. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's supporters rose to their feet, but Metehan Perkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Berdaitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basilio Mateus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Erbatur Dölek made a huge save. Filomeno Tirso hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Erbatur Dölek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otávio Sarmento in the 85th minute of play. Bircan Turgay hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Sarmiento de Resistencia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
