The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jacobus Ronde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Golo Phoenix went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 20th match minute, SV Wissenkerke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth van der Leegte to maneuver through the defense. Strong Phoenix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobus Ronde having to make a save. SV Wissenkerke's Jacobus Ronde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Vermeşan in the 22nd minute of play. Jacobus Ronde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Golo Phoenix in the 32nd minute of the match.
