Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leopoldo Trancoso got the match started through his kick off. Baldemar España received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Valdo Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Melchor Griego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Agostinho Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 played minutes April 25 SC got a freekick which was hit by Haitz Gonzáles. 10 minutes into the match, Júlio Eger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albano Salan. April 25 SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Júlio Eger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 14 minutes of play, SORRISO E. C.'s Leopoldo Trancoso made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albano Salan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alberto Mendonça took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albano Salan. Albano Salan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Trancoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albano Salan was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. A collision led to April 25 SC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Magdaleno Salgado hit a great ball. If Leopoldo Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th minute, Leopoldo Trancoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SORRISO E. C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Albano Salan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Trancoso in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albano Salan saved April 25 SC from getting behind. Albano Salan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Júlio Eger went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Trancoso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Albano Salan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the game, SORRISO E. C.'s Júlio Eger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albano Salan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. If Gaizka Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldemar España stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Pinheiro in the 51st minute of play forced April 25 SC's goalkeeper Albano Salan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magdaleno Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After having played for 54 minutes, Vítor Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SORRISO E. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vítor Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albano Salan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SORRISO E. C.'s Leopoldo Trancoso shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-8 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Trancoso in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albano Salan saved April 25 SC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Eger in the 69th minute of play forced April 25 SC's goalkeeper Albano Salan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Leopoldo Trancoso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albano Salan. That made the score 0-10 in the 71 minute of play. Marcus Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Albano Salan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Leopoldo Trancoso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albano Salan. That made the score 0-11 in the 75 minute of play. SORRISO E. C.'s Valdo Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Zubizarreta in the 82nd minute of play. Albano Salan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopoldo Trancoso's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Leopoldo Trancoso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Albano Salan made a huge save. 92 minutes into the match, April 25 SC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Trancoso came free, but Albano Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, SORRISO E. C.'s Leopoldo Trancoso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Albano Salan. Albano Salan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. The April 25 SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SORRISO E. C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
