In the 4th match minute, Fc Schönhagen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigi Verschüren to maneuver through the defense. Manu Gyselinxs short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Jesper Bohnacker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jesper Bohnacker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luckas De Wortelaers in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Dante Weggers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesper Bohnacker. Fc Schönhagen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dante Weggers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of KFC Paal-Tervant booed when Fc Schönhagen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mike Iggelheimer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Luckas De Wortelaers got a free kick in the 14th minute. Tobias Holzwart took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reinaud De Schutter. Reinaud De Schutter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Gunter Van Linthaudt lost his temper 20 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 20th minute, Gunter Van Linthaudt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Fc Schönhagen's Jesper Bohnacker got control of the ball when Manu Gyselinx tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Tobias Holzwart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaud De Schutter should have stopped the shot. Manu Gyselinx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Bohnacker having to interfere. Bartjan Parmentier charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartjan Parmentier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Bartjan Parmentier got a free kick in the 29th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Manu Gyselinx lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Jesper Bohnacker. Jesper Bohnacker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luckas De Wortelaers in the 38th minute. In the 38th minute, Alf Spinrath hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesper Bohnacker came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Paal-Tervant's Dante Weggers. But to his dismay, Dante Weggers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Manu Gyselinx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Reinaud De Schutter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Spinrath in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52nd minute Alf Spinrath shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud De Schutter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Weggers hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 55 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Manu Gyselinx. Reinaud De Schutter was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tobias Holzwart. Fc Schönhagen's Jesper Bohnacker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luckas De Wortelaers in the 57th minute of play. If David Laureijs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luckas De Wortelaers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 minutes of play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Dante Weggers made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesper Bohnacker was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luckas De Wortelaers scored 5-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesper Bohnacker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 83 minutes into the match, Fredi Pahlke notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter. Reinaud De Schutter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Weggers hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Jesper Bohnacker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luckas De Wortelaers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manu Gyselinx hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, Fc Schönhagen's Fredi Pahlke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reinaud De Schutter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-4. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KFC Paal-Tervant had won after a very even match.
