Marcelino Sayvion received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jose Miguel Marin came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcelino Sayvion slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Marcelo Quijada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GuateFortín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Quijada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elias Talia hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Apolo Ted showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Toledano, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. GuateFortín's Jose Miguel Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Ondino in the 26th minute of play. Marcelo Quijada took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Apolo Ted. Cremonese's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when Cremonese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Sayvion didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Marcelino Sayvion ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jose Miguel Marin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jose Miguel Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Ondino in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Marcelo Quijada made the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Quijada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Apolo Ted made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Sayvion in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jose Miguel Marin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Marcelo Quijada managed to get in a good position for a shot. GuateFortín's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Quijada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Ted breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melchor Ondino scored 3-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jose Miguel Marin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Ondino came free, but Jose Miguel Marin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Miguel Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Ondino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Ted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Viscarra in the 68th minute of the match. Ildefonso Savion hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Marcelo Quijada sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Apolo Ted threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Marcelo Quijada this time. With 89 minutes on the clock, Elias Talia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of GuateFortín:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cremonese:s goal. Jose Miguel Marin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelino Sayvion went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After 93 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Quijada. After 96 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Morales. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cremonese fully deserved thier win.
