If João Adolfo Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Basarab Hagi during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Fotbal Club Vaslui got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Hagi. Aurel Halipa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo de Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 14 minutes on the clock, Hermínio Melo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Marius Teodoroiu got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 23 minutes of play, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's João Adolfo Baiano made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurel Halipa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Traian Vaştag managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fotbal Club Vaslui's supporters rose to their feet, but Traian Vaştag was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelino de Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the game, Augustin Jivulescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fotbal Club Vaslui's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER the free kick. After 48 played minutes BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by João Adolfo Baiano.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Augusto Carneiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marius Teodoroiu struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Adelino de Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fotbal Club Vaslui. Traian Vaştag might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adelino de Andrade. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Traian Vaştag ran back to his position shaking his head. Augustin Jivulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Luizinho Capixaba charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luizinho Capixaba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Luizinho Capixaba hit a great ball. Carlos Augusto Carneiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Aurel Halipa made a huge save. Adelino de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Vaştag in the 87th minute of the match. With his leg Aurel Halipa managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Carlos Augusto Carneiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlos Augusto Carneiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aurel Halipa. That made the score 1-3 in the 94 minute of play. The Fotbal Club Vaslui supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's performance. The match ended with a win for BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER.
