In the 10th minute of the match Ovidio Lehior sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Péter Gulácsi skillfully saved the ball. Marcial Baraquiel scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Péter Gulácsi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Eustaquio Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guido Dominix was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Guido Dominix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Natal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emánuel Újfalussy, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Péter Gulácsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Palban in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, FC Henter Somosd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by György Fenyvessy to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, FC Henter Somosd's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Palban came free, but Péter Gulácsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Karsai hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barnabás Varga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. György Fenyvessy charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed György Fenyvessy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Henter Somosd's Péter Gulácsi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save FC Henter Somosd from getting a goal against them. FC Henter Somosd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Eustaquio Palban scored to the left of an out of position Péter Gulácsi, making the score, 0-3. In the 91st minute of the match, Victoriano Rojelio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Péter Gulácsi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Palban in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Henter Somosd's goalkeeper Péter Gulácsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cavern Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
