An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Ahlén in the 10th minute of play forced MO฿฿YN RANGERS's goalkeeper Marek Juroszek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Håkan Larsson in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MO฿฿YN RANGERS's Mieszko Furtok. Fritz Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Birkenhagen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th match minute, MO฿฿YN RANGERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kajetan Slazak to maneuver through the defense. Adam Bondel kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, MO฿฿YN RANGERS's Damian Birkenhagen made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The supporters of MO฿฿YN RANGERS booed when Sundborn IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. August Skålberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sundborn IF's zone, Boruc Wielkopolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fritz Lindqvist came out of the goal and Boruc Wielkopolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damian Birkenhagen to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, MO฿฿YN RANGERS's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Ahlén came free, but Marek Juroszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Kajetan Slazak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to MO฿฿YN RANGERS getting a freekick after 63 minutes play.
