Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erubiel Poz in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steffen De Jaeger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruquense FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Klaas Smekens scored to the left of an out of position Delmar Dodorol, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Ruquense FC booed when Vc Brye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeffery Gallot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Klaas Smekens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vc Brye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klaas Smekens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Ruquense FC's Teofilo Noe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Steffen De Jaeger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vc Brye! In the 30th minute there was a penalty for Ruquense FC. Melquiades Deunoro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Steffen De Jaeger. 1-2. Steffen De Jaeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Noe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Noe in the 38th minute of play forced Vc Brye's goalkeeper Steffen De Jaeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Teofilo Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ruquense FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Noe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steffen De Jaeger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steffen De Jaeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Hartz in the 43rd minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erubiel Poz to make the kick off. Steffen De Jaeger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquilino Garci during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aquilino Garci kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of Ruquense FC booed when Vc Brye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Pieter Van Den Eynden didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Melquiades Deunoro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Vc Brye's Steffen De Jaeger didn't even have to move. Steffen De Jaeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Poz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Vc Brye's Steffen De Jaeger got control of the ball when Teofilo Noe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erubiel Poz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Florian Heirremans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
