In the 13th minute, Fernando Fagondo made a precise shot to the right of Luizão Diniz. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 17th minute Edgard Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizão Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Honesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão Diniz having to interfere. Cauan do Nascimento's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ciriaco Herensuge firmly grabbed it by the left post. Telmo Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CAM Football Club:s Ciriaco Herensuge showed great skill when he stopped Téo Magalhães:s penalty. In the 36th minute of the match ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ got a corner. CAM Football Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Téo Magalhães ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Téo Magalhães to fire away a dangerous shot which Ciriaco Herensuge despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Luizão Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Fagondo in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Abelardo Toscano got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half CAM Football Club were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Telmo Cruz made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Serafim Mendonça was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CAM Football Club the free kick. Serafim Mendonça hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Didi Dionísio might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciriaco Herensuge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Didi Dionísio ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Fagondo in the 63rd minute of play forced ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goalkeeper Luizão Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Dario Eutropio suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 69 minutes, Abel Favoretto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The audience was convinced that Bruninho Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciriaco Herensuge was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. CAM Football Club's Marcos Raebert got his second yellow card of the match in the 96th minute. The referee ordered Marcos Raebert off the ground. CAM Football Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
