After 5 minutes of play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Adalberto Vianna made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Gustavo Negri was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 13 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Gil dos Santos. Ique Football Club's Luiz Gustavo Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil dos Santos in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ique Football Club's zone, Adalberto Vianna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Gustavo Negri came out of the goal and Adalberto Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chicão Matos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luiz Gustavo Negri. Ique Football Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Coutinho in the 28th minute of play forced Ique Football Club's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Vasconcelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Sarmento having to interfere. Luiz Gustavo Negri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Adalberto Vianna hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Ique Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Falcão Marques came free, but Luiz Gustavo Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diogo Nóbrega to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Luiz Gustavo Negri threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Falcão Marques, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 91st minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo Negri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ique Football Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's performance. The match ended with a win for Rondinone F.C - FDFDF.
