The tension between the Quitilipi and the Casa Real de Savóia F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jailson Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Hartz having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximo Loco during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Maximo Loco got a free kick in the 15th minute. Segundo Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jailson Melo in the 19th minute of the match. Sílvio Luís da Silva didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Sílvio Luís da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Ulizes, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Casa Real de Savóia F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Segundo Hartz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Teofilo Tercero fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quitilipi's protests and gave Teofilo Tercero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Quitilipi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Tercero to maneuver through the defense. Jailson Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Segundo Hartz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Robustiano Ulizes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Loco hit a great ball. When Claudinho Furtado came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Casa Real de Savóia F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinho Furtado couldn't finish the play. Quitilipi's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
