An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Muscaș in the 4th minute of play forced Savon Palloseura's goalkeeper Iivo Uotila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Savon Palloseura's zone, Manole Secară stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iivo Uotila came out of the goal and Manole Secară tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When FC BaLiSt's Răzvan Frumuzache in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iivo Uotila showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Manole Secară took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iivo Uotila. Savon Palloseura's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Iivo Uotila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Frumuzache in the 23rd minute of play. Florin Braica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Iivo Uotila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Traian Muscaș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. In the 43rd minute Traian Muscaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iivo Uotila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Florin Braica made a precise shot to the right of Iivo Uotila. Savon Palloseura's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Răzvan Frumuzache to strike the kick off in the second half. Manole Secară shot from long distance in the 53rd minute, but Iivo Uotila was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Florin Braica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iivo Uotila having to interfere. Savon Palloseura's Iivo Uotila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Savon Palloseura from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niilo Myötänen during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Savon Palloseura's Iivo Uotila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Frumuzache in the 79th minute of play. Iivo Uotila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Răzvan Frumuzache went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Iivo Uotila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Frumuzache, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 93 played minutes FC BaLiSt got a freekick which was hit by Dan Bârlă. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Florin Braica took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Iivo Uotila to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded FC BaLiSt left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Savon Palloseura.
