Artur Rode charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artur Rode the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Artur Rode hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes Golden Dragón F.C got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Rasa. If Xacintu Angosto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Diz came free, but Jurand Waselenczuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Purple Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boguslaw Lamczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernebe Balerdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Kapelski, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Artur Rode kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Golden Dragón F.C's Prospero Rasa got a free kick in the 35th minute. Bernebe Balerdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Scislowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Purple Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciej Pyczkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Toli Bailina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jurand Waselenczuk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Zula Scislowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Purple Shadows's supporters rose to their feet, but Zula Scislowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernebe Balerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xacintu Angosto to strike the kick off in the second half. Witomir Smolarek hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Toli Bailina was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 54th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Bernebe Balerdi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xacintu Angosto got free with Jurand Waselenczuk in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jurand Waselenczuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Rasa in the 63rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Artur Rode managed to get in a good position for a shot. Purple Shadows's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Rode was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernebe Balerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. Edgardo Loaisa replaced Magdaleno Revenga. Golden Dragón F.C's Paskal Panguision was substituted for Prospero Rasa. In the 70th minute, Edelmiro Diz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jurand Waselenczuk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Konrad Grabowicz hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Jurand Waselenczuk acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 76th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Toli Bailina. 77 minutes into the game, Boguslaw Lamczyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Purple Shadows's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Dragón F.C the free kick. Boguslaw Lamczyk hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match.
